Quality responsible
1. Quality responsibility for dedicated components and suppliers within the category ETC on a worldwide basis
2. Management and coordination supplier quality escalation meeting and Quality red alerts.
3, Supplier Audit Management within Category ETC.

Component Introduction
1. Plan, initiate, implement and control with appropriate measures to assure the supplier quality along the process.
2. Introduction, Qualification and release of suppliers, technologies and manufacturing processes according to automotive process (e.g. IATF, VDA6.3 etc.) with focus on early involvement and failure prevention.

Category Strategy
1. Alignment on Category strategy and supplier panel in close cooperation with category purchasing.
2, New supplier introduction and early supplier development to meeting required quality standard.
3. Negotiation of quality contracts (e.g. GQA), definition of category specific requirements and maintenance of respective documentation.

APQP
Perform APQP, PPAP release under cooperation with international and multi-disciplinary team. Risk assessment with defined proper mitigation plan.

Supplier Component Review (SCR)
Supplier Quality responsible in sourcing process, feasibility study.

Supplier Quality Improvement Program (SQIP)
Responsibility for Supplier Improvement (SQIP) Development Programs within Category, implementation Lesson learn.

Job Requirements:
Education / Certification
1. Bachelor of Science, majored in mechanical engineering, electronic engineering, industrial engineering and etc.
2. Master of Science or MBA is a plus.
3. Certified VDA 6.3 Lead Auditor is a plus.

Professional Experience
1. More than 5 years' experience in SQM.
2. More than 7 years' experience in automotive industry.
3. Solid SQM experience in reducer release is a plus.
4. Solid experience in plant quality related assignment, including SQM plant is a plus.

Project and / or Process Experience
1. Solid experience as project core team member is required.
2. Solid mechanical (Shaft, Gear, Die-casting, Bearing) experience is plus.
3. Hands on experience of structured problem solving (Six Sigma, LEAN or CBS) is required.
4. Hands on experience of reducer or its components manufacturing process control and improvement.

Intercultural / International Experience
1. Past experience of working in intercultural team is required.
2. International experience in quality management or project management is a plus.
3. Good understanding of intercultural differences is required.
