工作职责：

This is a vital role in the Digital Innovation of Finance and Operations team. We are a new team. You’ll have the opportunity to shape our digital transformation journey and make real differences to the business via digital transformation.

 

This role has accountability for the creation, development and execution of the company digital strategy (use of digital technologies to drive business impact and value) for Finance or other Operating Units (ESG, Legal, Compliance, IT).

 

Responsibilities

l Partner with the business stakeholders (Finance) to identify opportunities which will result in better business impacts and values via digital transformation.

l Drive digital changes to make it real.

l Manage or support digital project delivery

l Drive the landing of company’s digital strategy across Finance such as data driven operations (E2E connected operations, real time data, visibility, analytics)

l Prioritize deployment of digital technical experts to activities which will deliver the most business value in both short and long term.

l Maintain a high degree of understanding and awareness of internal and external developments that could influence the company digital strategy.

l Research and land new technologies that will help Finance outpace the industry

l Builds networks with other teams and external stakeholders to learn about new developments, leverage opportunities and share best practices. This may include shaping the external environment, influencing cross pharma and cross industry initiatives & building visibility & leadership in digital externally.

l Monitor and take actions on customer satisfaction and users experience with the organization’s digital products and services.

l Ensures that own work and work of team is compliant with Company Policy on the protection and use of data, GMP requirements, Safety Health and Environment (SHE) standards and all other relevant internal and external regulation and standards.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Deep understanding of Finance. Strong ability to understand stakeholder’s pain points, processes and raise valid improvement directions/areas.

• A track record of successful delivery within a matrix organization, ideally with a focus on Digital Transformation

• Good at influence without authority

• Experienced at partner role to business

• An ability to interpret complex situations and information in order to provide strategic clarity and opportunity.

• Strong Innovative Thinking

• Solid experiences to land effective Tech strategy / products and digital & innovative technologies

• Solid Experiences in Digital demand analysis and delivery

• Experience of driving cultural change within an organization

• Natural communicator with experience of working with a wide range of stakeholders, across discipline interfaces, different organizational cultures, different countries around the world, aligning and adapting different work, culture and communication styles.

• Ability to set priorities, align stakeholder expectations, and develop and execute an associated plan of action.

• Ability to write and speak in the English language.

• Work with virtual teams located in different countries around the world, aligning and adapting different work, culture and communication styles.

• Internet+ industry or digital experience.

• Pharma experience is preferred

• Previous leadership experience.
