Position: Digital Strategy Expert

KEY ACCOUNTIBILITIES:

This role will be working as expert of digital strategy in digital governance team of digital innovation department. The person focuses on developing digital strategy for the company at all levels. Proactively collaborate with all solution teams to deliver digital solutions that drives business value. 

Develop digital strategy and roadmap for the company and business units across all functions.
Provide digital strategy advisory service to the organization on digital strategy implementation. 
Strategic interface with business unit for the purpose of business digital strategy development, solution discovery, implementation and relationship management.
Has strategical insights on business requirement and identify opportunities of digital transformation that helps to drive business value.
Stay abreast on the digital trends, including AI, data and automation, both from technology and user behavior perspective to help on building up digital transformation capability of digital innovation department and the implementations based on best practice and future trends. 
Support the solution teams to define and lead the implementation of digital transformation programs end to end from concepts to implementation to achieve the success of programs, including measurement and ongoing optimization.
Define, manage and present key success measures to reflect the evolution of BU’s digital experiences.
Build and embed tools, processes and governance to drive digital best practices in partnership with other teams.
Work with key stakeholders including but not limited to teams within digital innovation department and IT department, as well as external partners.

REQUIREMENTS:

The ideal candidate will have experience working as a digital solution sales engineer, product manager, analytics delivery lead, or business partner. They will possess both technical and customer-facing skills that will allow them to be the technical & business “face” to external and internal. They are sensitive to emerging high-tech trends, will enjoy keeping their existing business and technology skills honed as well as developing new ones, so they can make significant contributions to deep business discussions.

 

10+ years’ experience in digital transformation, biotech and life science experience is a plus.
Deep understanding of business strategy and digital strategy. Rich experience on digital strategy and roadmap development.
Proven knowledge and experience in Enterprise Architecture.
Strong acumen in digital technologies and platforms across all fields which are regularly used home and abroad, and a deep understanding of how these are adopted at various stages of Biotech and Pharmaceutical.   
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders from business and technology, internal and external.
Strong communication and presentation skills. Solid advisory skills.
Possess strong analytical skills, including an understanding of business economics and financial resources.
Strong problem solving and prioritization capabilities with the ability to manage multiple conflicting business priorities. align stakeholder expectations, develop and execute an associated plan of action.
Ability to work with virtual teams from all functions at all levels internal and external with strong interpersonal skills. Proven experience in lead-ing projects and teams with cross-discipline highly-skilled team members.
Be a change agent. Sensitive to global digital lab and manufacture trends with the ability to identify opportunities and drive implement changes.
Energetic, persistent, independent and creative, highly versatile and willing to take up new challenges.
Think and plan strategically and think out of the box
Ability to use English as working language.

 

EDUCATION (Indicate the mini. requirement & preferred discipline):

Bachelor’s degree or above.
