主要职责：
-负责所辖区域内集团客户/大客户销售指标的达成；
-全国性会议、展会、市场活动的支持与协作；
-与其他部门协作，策划并组织区域内的会议、培训活动等，并跟进了解相应活动和会议的有效性；
-定期收集并分析区域内各个竞争对手的市场情况及动态，制定相应的行动计划，确保自己产品的市场份额；
-区域内KOL的维护及管理，了解客户的市场及学术需求，以及潜在客户的发掘开拓，扩大市场规模；
-区域内的代理商管理；
-独立解决、处理任何突发事件的能力；
-上级领导交办的其它事宜。
任职要求：
-本科以上学历，眼科学、眼视光学等专业优先考虑；
-两年以上工作经验，有意于眼科行业发展，并具备医疗，以及眼科医疗行业的工作背景为佳；
-工作积极，具有较强的责任心；
-良好的表达能力，较强的沟通以及协调能力；
-性格开朗，较强的承压能力，具备合作精神；
-能适应出差。
