Key Responsibilities:

* Assist on data export and clean daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly based on the demands of design team and buying team and reports them on time
* Routine communication with buying team, and design team
* Cooperation with Retail department: learning the requirement of the retail department and the production feedback from them, arranging the specific items implementation and tracking in shops
* Support on order meeting and other related matters; apply the order management system including SCM construction, MP selection, EC/ special style ordering, ACC style operation, style change and adjustment, etc.
* Dealing with urgency, and follow up the specific program
* Support Buying team and Design team on daily personal tasks such as purchasing item, delivery arrangement, property communication, etc. (5%)
* Other ad-hoc assigned by Creative Director/Buying Head (5%)

Requirements:

* Bachelor or above degree, science/economics/ or related majors are preferred
* Familiar with Excel, have basic analysis thoughts
* Have a basic understanding about SAP system and PowerBI are preferred
* English should be working language
* Interested in data clean, management, and analysis, and willing to be business analysis in the long term
* Good logic, meticulous
* A service minded personality
