Principal responsibilities

Ensure the delivery of premium investment advisory service offered to VIP Prestige customers.

Explore additional business opportunities via deepening investment advisory services into Upper Prestige customers.

Ensure the quality of specific investment ideas and maintaining an efficient information platform and communication channel with respect to traditional Prestige customers where sales staff’s enquires will be responded satisfactorily in order to facilitate investment sales and the achievement of business target in branch network

Provide pertinent and regularly reinforced training, development and coaching in need based selling techniques to customer services employees.

Monitor and regularly review with other departments on the quality of communication with customers.

Promote the concept of "total solution wealth management" amongst high net worth customers via direct and video meetings with target customers.

Hold a Bachelor’s degree or above;

Minimum related work experience: 6 years;

Sound knowledge of the bank’s retail products and services;

Strong Analytical, communication and problem solving skills;

Must pass证券从业资格考试（证券市场基础知识/证券投资基金）;

CFA/CPA/FRM/AFP certificate would be a plus.
