Key Responsibilities
• Manage consumer research in support of proactive and go to market reactive projects. This includes study design, coordination of fieldwork, data analysis, interpretation, written and oral communication of research findings, and management of the research budget.
• Use strong expertise in consumer research to successfully deploy a full palette of qualitative and quantitative research tools, without supervision, to meet agreed project deliverables.
• Recognized as a CI associate and category expert internally and with key customers through effective oral and written communications/presentations. Applies understanding of the marketplace, technology, and consumer dynamics in categories mentioned above.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in Statistics, Economics or related field
- 3 - 5 years of experience in consumer research with full project management responsibility
- Solid knowledge/experience in consumer, or behavioral research techniques and statistics
- Strong working knowledge of word processing, presentation, and statistical packages
- Good English ability, both oral and written.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong Teamwork and customer orientation skills
- Willing to learn, quick learner, diligent, patient, scrupulous, accountable and flexible
- Familiar to Microsoft Office esp. for Excel and Power point, priority on Statistical skills on SPSS/Excelstat etc.
- Experience in relevant industry a plus
