B. Position Objective
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with expertise in scientific and business strategic planning to join our team at China R&D. Your primary objective will be to gather information from internal and external sources to formulate business review materials and summarize scientific and operational results for scientific breakthrough monitoring, technology briefing book, external pipeline analysis, generate insights, and suggest actions.

C. Duties and Responsibilities
1. Support the head of strategic planning to develop and implement effective strategic communication plans that align with the organization's goals and objectives. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights, ensuring accuracy and consistency in communication materials. Continuously improve communication processes and materials, leveraging feedback and data analytics to optimize effectiveness and impact.
2. Assist in crafting clear and compelling messaging to effectively communicate complex scientific and business concepts to diverse audiences. Prepare high-quality, engaging presentations for internal and external stakeholders, showcasing key insights, strategic initiatives, and progress updates.
3. Collect and summarize relevant publications on scientific, technological, and pipeline advancements, employing data analysis and research skills to extract essential information, formulate briefing drafts of assets analysis, recommend actions.
4. Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory developments, and market dynamics to support critical decision-making and effectively tailor strategic communication messages and presentations.
5. Fulfill other duties assigned by the supervisor in alignment with the strategic planning role.

D. Key Requirement
Education and Background:
1. Master's degree or above in life or biomedical sciences or a related field. Strong understanding of scientific principles and the pharmaceutical industry.

Communication and Presentation Skills:
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English.
3. Ability to create compelling and concise presentations.

Landscape Research and Analysis:
4. Experience in conducting landscape research and competitive analysis.
5. Ability to gather insights and identify opportunities and risks.

Collaboration and Analytical Skills:
6. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
7. Critical thinking, analytical mindset with attention to detail in gathering and interpreting data accurately.
