Primary Responsibilities
l WuXi Biologics Group is a Hong
Kong-listed group (HK.2269). The role is set as a corporate function. The role is to lead the sales operation team
to support business development team and business units in various process and
initiatives to enable business growth.
The role is expected to contribute to the improvement in market
coverage, win rate, customer experience and salesforce productivity.
l 2-3 subordinate.

Essential Job Functions & Duties
l Build up sales operation team capability bridging
between marketing, business units & customer service operation to support BD
teams go to market and win the deal
l Support BD teams in tender response and contract
conclusion, drive related process improvement to realize better salesforce
productivity
l Support customer account management incl. KYC,
account segmentation, key account management process, customer performance metrics
etc.
l Drive service offering and pricing standardization
and related DOA across BU/BD
l Drive leads to contract conversion
working with COE team on related process / dashboard / analytics
l Drive and support various initiatives
to improve sales productivity i.e. sales measurement metrics, cross-BU DOA etc.
l Drive initiatives to improve customer experience
and loyalty.
l Support new system implementation, act
as the BD representative in various system initiatives.
l Establish a trust-based business
relationship with related stakeholders, identify business pain points and drive
standardized operation process leveraging system capability, providing related
process training.
l Adopt WBS to enable cross BU/function
collaboration to improve organization commercial capability.
Qualifications
l
Great team spirit, communication skills and strong sense of
responsibility, able to influence stakeholders in making the right decision.
l Critical thinking capability, can work under
pressure and work proactively.
l Customer oriented mindset with strong process discipline
l Above 5 years work experience on commercial
operation or business management with good knowledge of marketing and business
development.
l Above 5 years experience in driving new process and
project management.
l Bachelor’s degree or above, major in “Business
Management”, “Marketing”, “Information Management” “Computer Science” or
“Finance”.
l Good command of both written and spoken English.

主要职责
l
建立跨越市场部,业务单元和客户服务部的销售运营团队支持各业务开发部门开拓市场提高赢单率;
l
支持业务开发部的招投标及合同签订流程,发掘并实施流程改进机会点提高销售效率
l 支持客户管理流程包括新客户准入,客户分层,大客户管理以及客户业绩表现管理;
l
负责商机到销售合同的转换,支持商务运营卓-越中心建立相应的流程,系统和数据报表分析;
l
负责推动加强销售效率的各项举措包括但不限于优化销售业绩指标,简化跨部门的销售流程的授权管理等;
l
推动有关加强客户体验和客户忠诚度的各项举措;
l
支持销售运营有关的系统的实施和维护,在系统流程项目中作为业务开发部的代表;
l
和业务部门建立良好的信任关系,发现业务部门的痛点,改进系统或流程解决问题,给业务部门提供相应的流程系统培训。
l
善用WBS推动跨部门合作提高商务运营。
任职要求
l
良好的团队合作,沟通技巧,责任心强;
l 良好的判断思考能力,能在压力下工作,有主观能动性;
l 良好的客户服务思维,坚实的流程意识
l
五年以上的商务运营管理经验熟悉市场和业务开发部的职能和流程
l 本科或以上学历,商务管理,市场学,计算机、信息管理,或财务相关专业;
l 英语流利,可以直接和海外用户沟通;
