Key Responsibilities:
The Digital Technology Manager works in partnership with the Asia Product Management Group to define the strategy of how to design, develop and deploy brand websites for Asian markets.
This individual will collaborate with Business Teams, Project Managers, Shared Services Teams and vendors to lead and manage all aspects of website creation and improvement, from strategy briefings and project discovery through launch.
Key Activities:
1. Technology advisor and thought leader to the Asia Product Management Group
2. Champion to the Business for identifying and driving innovative technical solutions
3. Lead the type of digital transformation that drives business results
4. Influences and contributes to the overall corporate platform architecture, strategy and technology roadmap
5. Represents IT by maintaining a high degree of visibility within the business and attending strategic meetings and relevant management forums
6. Assists the business to form/improve process and system solutions to satisfy both tactical and strategic business needs
7. Ensure project and initiative progress, including consistent and effective communication and managing escalation/risk
8. Participate in IT quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting and planning process
9. Helps evaluate project objectives and analyzes new business initiatives
10. Helps drive necessary change and accountability within the business and IT Leadership
Functional Skills
1. Stakeholder relationship management and engagement at all levels
2. Business acumen and Finance principles
3. Understanding of industry including financials, market trends, opportunities and threats
4. Business case development including identifying metrics that drive value
5. Portfolio and Program Management
6. Working understanding of business and system process within one or more knowledge areas
7. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
8. Excellent presentation, communication, solid organizational skills, strong leadership capability, visual skills and ability to prioritize
9. Oral & written communications
Technical Skills
? Proven track record of managing cross platform digital projects (desktop, tablet, mobile) with large groups of distributed stakeholders and project team members
? Strong knowledge of all phases of digital development from concept to information architecture to design, development, and QA
? Hands on experience of HTML, CSS, JS, SEO and Web analytics is a plus
? Experience with DAM, PIM and CMS platforms, metadata modeling and workflow automation
? Experience working on digital innovation, UX and mobile first responsive design
? Minimum of 5 years of systems analysis experience with understanding strategic business information systems
