For our company, we are looking for a Business Excellence Manager to help us
drive business excellence and digital transformation within Siemens and beyond.
We are a highly motivated team and are excited to get to know you.
You’ll make an impact by
* Operational Aided Systems
This involves planning and handling the overall development of company
operation aided systems. It includes identifying areas where technology can
improve operations and implementing systems to enhance efficiency and
effectiveness.
* Digital Transformation
The role will be responsible for developing and implementing a digitalization
strategy and roadmap for the company. This will involve finding opportunities
for digital transformation across all departments and aligning them with the
local and global headquarters' objectives.
* Lean Acceleration
The position will promote Lean manufacturing principles and practices within
the company. This includes identifying areas for optimization within processes
and working routines and implementing measures to improve efficiency and reduce
waste.
* Workforce Transformation
The role will involve training and developing personnel to implement the
digital strategy. This includes equipping employees with the vital skills and
knowledge to be digital leaders with vision in the company. Additionally, the
position will involve staying up to date with market trends, new technologies,
and partnership opportunities to drive workforce transformation.
Your defining qualities
* Bachelor's degree or higher in mechanical & electrical engineering / IT /
computer science is preferred.
* Proven experience in a corresponding role within the IT industry or in
foreign (or joint venture) companies.
* More than 2 years of leadership experience.
* Ability to identify and understand cause-effect relationships, identify key
issues and requirements, and transform requirements into system logics.
* Thorough understanding of the IT digitalization needs in the manufacturing
industry and knowledge of major application systems such as SAP, Oracle, UF,
etc.
* Experience in executing multiple projects, preferably in the digital domain.
* Professional knowledge of programming or experience in module design is a
plus.
* Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
* Excellent proficiency in English is required.
* Cultural awareness and the ability to optimally navigate and operate in
diverse cultural environments.
