职责描述:
1. Implement the company’s recruitment and selection strategy to achieve recruitment targets across all levels of hiring for IT & Non IT.
2. Oversee talent acquisition process by managing the recruitment and selection process as designed by Head Office and to improvise it based on local requirements.
3. Act as a liaison for colleges in China, attend career talks, recruitment fairs and networking events; arrange firm visits for students, and coordinate and maintain university relationship programs.
4. Manage the employee referral program and source profiles for various requirements.
5. Develop and communicate with vendors for talent recruiting, evaluate their efficiency and update on a regular basis, manage other recruiting channels as well.
6. Coordinate and work with recruitment panel for interview issue and run assignments/tests to assess technical skills and select potential hires as per the corporate process
7. Develop and maintain relationships with consultants as per requirement
8. Raise offer letters as per compensation program for various resources & Take charge of offer documentation
9. Consolidate, analyze and interpret data to provide meaningful results and provide monthly MIS
10. Provide support for HRIS applications, as well as first level system support for HR users
11. Manage the induction, training and development of staff as per needs of the organization and client needs and engage employees through various processes
12. Implement and execute Policies in relation to employees in the area of hiring, talent management, talent engagement, talent development and talent operations.
13. Conduct Compensation benchmarking studies as per requirement
14. Coordinate and collaborate work with all other HR function related activities. Support HR team in other HR activities as needed from time to time including support on PMS, R&R, etc
15. Work closely with Global team and be part of global HR

任职要求:
1. 0-3 years of experience in Recruitment, experience in hiring call center employees is preferred, headhunting experience is a plus
2. Bachelor degree with Human Resources or relevant major
3. Excellent knowledge of recruitment and selection practices and interviewing skills
4. Strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills in English and Chinese
5. Able to start work immediately or within short notice is preferred
