Duties:
1.Identify training needs of various business units to support the learning and development plan of the company
2.Deliver new employee induction training courses and organizing firm wide training projects, coordinating the overall training logistics arrangements, such as signing training agreements, course enrollment and confirmation, pre-training and post-training evaluation
3.Maintain good relationship with training vendor and follow up the procurement process to support the implementation of various training programs in compliance with internal guidelines
4.Handle training subsidy application, professional qualification awards and annual professional membership fees reimbursement and relevant records keeping
5.Coordinate overall training logistics arrangement, such as training agreement, enrollment, evaluation and etc.
6.Maintain Learning Management Systems and training records, and monitor the training expenses within the training budget
7.Make recommendations for enhancement of learning management system and training related e-Forms
8.Manage the procurement of Employee Assistance Programme, daily service management and organize related employee wellness activities
9.Coordinate divisional administrative tasks
10.Such other duties as shall be directed by superiors from time to time
Requirements:
1.Love the country and Hong Kong and align with the core values of Bank of China and BOCI
2.Degree holder or above
3.With more than 5 years Human Resources related experience, prior knowledge in learning management and talent development will be an advantage
4.Hands-on experience in handling Learning Management System and Robotic Process Automation is preferred
5.Motivated self-starter with strong analytical skills and able to maintain high standards of work under tight deadline
6.Strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded and well-organized
7.Proactive with positive attitude, adaptable to changes and respective to new ideas
8.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good team spirit
9.Proficiency in PC applications, particularly in MS Office
10.Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
