Key Responsibility:
1.Explore new business opportunities and work with Line Manager to develop new solutions to grow opportunities in the market.
2.Source for new prospects and clients on an ongoing basis - the target audience should be Head of Departments preferably from the following units/divisions – Human Resources, Insurance, Operation, Risk Management, Occupational, Health, Safety and Environment.
3.Develop Key Account Plan and account management strategy for the top clients in the assigned industry.
4.Maximize opportunities in all business segments assigned (EMI/Corporate/Government, etc) by way of value adding more services/identifying untapped opportunities etc.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
1.More than 7 years of experience in a sales environment with proven track record in achieving sales target
2.Ability to interact all level of clients with excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
3.Understanding of (EMI/Corporate/Government, or relevant sector of the economy etc.) will be an added advantage
4.Master/bachelor’s degree in business related subjects
5.Fluency in English and Mandarin
