ABOUT YOUR ROLE 职位描述

 

- To supervise and assist the Sales Rebate team at Noida Accenture for the daily operations-监督和协助 Noida Accenture的销售回扣的日常运作

- To perform month-end closing, preparation of the trend analysis and management reporting

-完成月末结算，编制趋势分析和管理报告

-Take part in any ad hoc projects assigned by management team;

-完成上级交待的项目等临时工作安排

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE 工作职责:

-To supervise and assist the Rebate team at Noida for the daily operations

-To perform month-end closing including review of journals, preparation of the rebate trend analysis, Balance Sheet accounts Flux analysis and commentary for management reporting

-Responsible for rebate validations and IC billing coordination & obtain supporting documents to FIN AP Team for payment

-Participate in the monthly meeting and drive Noida team in process improvement

-Responsible for training for the team members for the new process improvements

-To perform ad-hoc assignments, if required

-Support FP&A team in sales rebate forecast process

Qualifications：

-Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Commercial study or related discipline

-3+ years relevant working experience in a sizable multinational company

-Good communication skill both in spoken & written English

-Strong in MS Excel, able to handle large volume data

-Good presentation and people management skill

-can work independent and under pressure with tight month end closing timeline

-Immediate available is preferred

-College or Bachelor Degree, majoring in Accounting or Management
