Position
description:
GBS P2P
China is looking for a Business Analyst to improve
operations by identifying opportunities to support the varying needs in
improving transformation strategy, developing KPIs measurement and monitoring
the results, bridging between relevant stakeholders along the process to
resolve issues and remove barriers, and aligning the common goals with the
stakeholders for achieving the benefits to the total organization.

Area of
Responsibility:
·      
Measure
and assess the efficiency and quality of processes across GBS by developing
KPIs and periodic reporting though Business Intelligence.
·      
Identify
improvement opportunities, design project plan, control the project schedule and
prioritize the projects according to organization strategies and business focus.
·      
Identify,
define and document business needs and objectives, current operational
procedures, problems, input and output requirements and levels of systems
access after consulting with Service Line key users.
·      
Lead
and drive cross-team transformation initiatives, e.g., process, technology, automation,
and operational review, from initiative formation to implementation and
socialization

Required
Experience and Capabilities:
·      
Bachelor
or above degree
·      
Be
familiar with Business Intelligence Tools (e.g QlikSense, Tableau, PowerBI) and
process automation solutions (e.g RPA)
·      
Experience
in implementing Financial Information System is preferred
·      
Knowledge
of SAP (other ERP system where applicable) is preferred
·      
Certification
in PMP / LEAN or similar methodology is an advantage
·      
Proficient
with MS Office
·      
Fluent
English both writing and speaking
·      
Good
presentation and communication skills
·      
Teamwork
spirit and high working efficiency
·      
Be
able to work under pressure and quick learning
