Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and
dynamic individual to join our team as the Greater China IT Manager. You will
be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, development, implementation,
and maintenance of the IT infrastructure/store activities/Service Desk management
across our operations in Greater China. Your expertise will be instrumental in
ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our technology systems, Cloud,
networks, infrastructure, workplace, store activities and service desk to
support our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the strategic IT
infrastructure plan for our luxury retail operations in Greater China, aligning
it with the overall business objectives and growth plans.

- Lead a team of IT professionals and
provide guidance, mentorship, and support in all aspects of IT infrastructure
management.

- Establish and maintain strong
relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to understand
their technology needs and provide effective solutions.

- Oversee the design, implementation, and
maintenance of the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, workplace,
security systems, and cloud platforms.

- Ensure the availability, reliability, and
performance of IT systems, while managing risks and addressing any issues or
failures promptly.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies,
industry trends, and best practices in IT infrastructure management, and
recommend and implement innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

- Following the group digital workplace
standard (include laptop/desktop, mobile device, video conference, IP Phone,
etc), maximize the effectiveness of individual employees, teams, workgroups and
communities through the digital workplace they use regularly.  

- oversee the project management of store
opening/renovation/relocation/closure with the support from Vendor and internal
team. 

- Manage the Office helpdesk meet agreed
SLA with good user satisfaction.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams,
such as IT security, digital, Omni Retail, data and operations, to ensure
seamless integration and alignment of technology initiatives.

- Develop and manage the IT budget,
including cost optimization strategies and procurement of necessary hardware,
software, and services.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
to enhance scalability, flexibility, and resilience of the IT infrastructure,
fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence.

- Ensure compliance with relevant data
protection and security regulations (PIPL/CBDT), as well as company policies
and procedures.

- Manage different IT vendor to deliver the proper
service, manage cost optimization, Quality control and continuous
improvement 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer
Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Extensive experience (8+ years) in IT
infrastructure management, preferably within the luxury retail industry or a
similar fast-paced environment.

- Proven track record of successfully
leading and managing IT infrastructure projects, including network design,
integration, cloud management, and service desk management.

- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure
technologies, such as network architecture, Office 365, virtualization, Active
Directory, security tools, and cloud platforms (e.g. Aliyun, Azure).

- Familiarity with retail-specific
technologies, such as point-of-sale systems, inventory management, and
e-commerce platforms, is highly desirable.

- Excellent leadership and people
management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of IT
professionals.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and the
capacity to make strategic decisions in a fast-paced, ever-changing
environment.

- Effective communication skills, both
verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to
non-technical stakeholders.

- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and
English is required, as this role will involve regular communication with
stakeholders in both languages.
