The Role:
Client focus：
1.Serve existing clients of both global referral client and local indigenous client, maintain high service level according to company standard and procedure;
2.Ensure the reduction of compliant from client by providing timely and professional service, annual valid compliant not exceed 1 case;
3.Maintain and strength client relationship, develop new&expanded business opportunities, prompt crossing-selling within CRB and by cooperating with other BUs, generate crossing selling opportunities annually.

Operational Excellence and Innovation:
1.Ensure familiarity and compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements;
2.Ensure the accuracy of business forecast, monthly actual revenue should be consistent to the data from CRM at 5th of every month (in case of holiday, automatically postponed to the first work day following the holiday), the variance should be less than +/- 5%;
3.Ensure to update CRM information (including client contact, email, meeting, and other sales events) timely and accurately;
4.Complete each kinds of report and system update on time.
5.Complete other tasks assigned by line manager.
Requirements：
1.Bachelor Degree, Major in Insurance, Finance, Economics or Business Management;
2.1-3 years experience in P&C insurance, new graduate is acceptable;
3.Language skill of English, in read and write. Computer skill in office software.
