PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

＞ Perform routine all invoices including Inventory, G&A, Tooling, Forwarder, Rework & 3PL etc. vouching & posting, validation, filing in K2 system.
＞ Review& audit & process all segments Concur expense reports. Send emails to employees and AP manager for report issues once any deviations from Kids II policy. And prepare weekly Concur expense coding file.
＞ Follow up the emails from Accounts Payable mailbox and communicate with Inventory vendors inquiries.
＞ Receive accrual report review & clean up through working closely with FE Supply chain team to follow up with the PO receipt lines.
＞ Double check& clear the weekly wire payments and send email to AP manager ASAP if any issues.
＞ Assist on Invoice Processing team for routine uploading works, provide immediate advice as appropriate.
＞ Maintain Request for Check including resign, update, correction.
＞ Other ad-hoc AP assignments to meet company’s needs as required by manager.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

＞ 1-3 years’ of some Accounts Payable related experiences is a more preferable
＞ Good in written English and enable to communicate with US colleagues.
＞ Well organized, teamwork, problem solving, good communication, responsible and detailed.


EDUCATION & SKILLS

＞ University Degree or equivalence.
＞ Good in written English


CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

＞ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Business Administrative / English or equivalence.
＞ Proved English certificate such as College English Test-4


COMPUTER/TECHNICAL SKILLS

＞ Good in PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
＞ Familiar with Accounting system is a plus.
