WEFLY is currently seeking multiple self-driven aerospace engineers with strong aerodynamic and performance modeling experience to shape the future of electric aviation. You will directly lead or participate in the entire life cycle of next-generation eVTOL aircraft development programs, including but not limited to the vehicle level layout design, flight profile design, theoretical calculations, including aircraft performance (pickup, hover, transition, takeoff, climb, cruise, descent, approach, landing, and setdown), computer aided analysis, such as CAD, CFD, and etc., conceptual sizing, stability and control analysis, load analysis, high fidelity modeling, customized analysis methods, wind tunnel test, laboratory design validation, the flight test validations, and finally aircraft certifications.

Minimal Qualifications （基本资质）
● Masters or other advanced degrees from top universities in one or more of the following disciplines: aerospace/aeronautical engineering, mechanical engineering, physics/math, system engineering, and other aerospace related disciplines. Bachelor degrees will be considered if more than 3+ years of industrial experience or other extraordinary
● Demonstratable experiences in aircraft layout design, aerodynamics analysis, aircraft performance, load and stability analysis via working experiences, research experience or extracurricular activity
● Familiar with or even proficient in most aerospace design and development tools, such as CFD/ CAD tools, mathematical and physical modeling tools, such as, Matlab/Simulink, or strong learning capabilities of any tools
● Self-starter, can-do attitude, team player, sense of responsibility, quick learner, and open mind
● High integrity, attention to detail, and safety critical thinking
● Sufficient English writing and reading capabilities

Desired Qualifications （期望资质）
● PhD degrees from top universities in one or more of the following disciplines: aerospace/aeronautical engineering, mechanical engineering, physics/math, system engineering, and other aerospace related disciplines
● 5+ years experience in aircraft layout design, aerodynamics analysis, aircraft performance and load analysis
● Expertise in one or more of the following analysis: CFD analysis of complex geometry, aircraft shape optimizations for high L/D, aircraft performance optimizations, aircraft load analysis, aircraft stability and control analysis
● Understand FAA/EASA/CAAC Part 23/25/27/29 aircraft certification regulations
