Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
2. Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues
3. Coordinate project resources, including personnel, equipment/test facility, and materials
4. Communicate with project stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
5. Manage project scope and change requests
6. Identify and mitigate project risks
7. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
8. Facilitate project meetings and provide project status updates
9. Prepare project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and final reports
10. Perform other duties as assigned and requested

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a relevant field
2. Strong organizational and project management skills
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English CET-4 or above
4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and desired knowledge in SQL.
6. Experience in managing projects (internship) is preferred.
7. Understanding statistics is preferred.
8. Self-motivated to learn and collaborate with the team to achieve work targets.
