As an intern of Group Digital Strategy in Group Technology & Operations at Zurich Insurance, you are jointly responsible for the strategic development of the Zurich group key initiatives with a focus on digitization.
What You Will Do
You will bring your digital expertise & experience to support designing and implementing the digital & tech strategy, conducting analysis to understand the trends / patterns and implications, as well as facilitating the management of digital projects to promote tech innovation and drive business value for Zurich.
You will need to:
Execute assigned tasks within a work stream of moderate complexity with limited oversight.
Coordinate strategy and project meetings as well as the preparation of management presentations.
Support project team in producing high quality output with clear and insightful messages.
Conduct insightful analysis using relevant strategy tools / frameworks.
Demonstrate an attitude for active listening and questioning.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree or above in business, Tech or related field. MBA preferred.
Previous relevant internship experiences with management consulting, with technology or financial industry experience (ideally within the insurance industry) would be a plus.
Demonstrate a self-driven mindset, intellectual curiosity, structured thinking, and creativity.
Demonstrate confidence, strong people skills, resilience and pragmatism.
Business fluent in English, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
At the time of the internship, you need to be enrolled at university or a center of further education.
