PURPOSE:
This role is responsible for developing and executing the product communication strategy to ensure alignment with the company's values and objectives. This role requires a seasoned professional with a background in marketing, media, or related fields, capable of leading a team, devising innovative communication strategies, enhancing brand visibility, and strengthening customer engagement.
RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:
* Strategically define clear product/technology positioning, including target consumer, competitive environment, brand advantage, etc.
* Develop annual product marketing strategy and plan, including marketing calendar and budget allocation.
* Lead and manage product marketing campaigns (at both sell-in stage and sell-out stage), including setting objectives and KPIs, identifying marketing tactics, managing budget and performance, etc.
* Develop product marketing contents, including video/KV/look book, etc.
* Coordinate with media/sports marketing/EC marketing team in executing the campaign in according functions.
* Coordinate with global brand marketing team for strategy/content supports and requirements.
* Sources, establishes strong relationships and manages day-to-day activities with relevant agency partners and (media) vendors.
REQUIREMENTS (education, experience, competencies and specific job requirements):
* Education:Degree or above, major in Marketing, Communications or related
* Experience:+ 10 years product marketing related experience, experience with relevant industry (outdoor/sports/fashion) is a strong plus
* Knowledge, technical/professional skill: Knowledgeable about outdoor. An interest and desire to participate in and learn about outdoor
* Language Skill: Fluent in written and spoken English
