§ 
Comply with and implement the Swisstouches's rules and
regulations, relevant provisions of the employee handbook, and brand culture
standards.

遵守并执行公司的各项规章制度、家庭成员手册相关规定、品牌文化标准。


§ 
Comply with the Swisstouches 's professional ethics
requirements, maintain the Swisstouches 's image and interests, have no
business immorality, keep personal secrets, and cooperate with the publicity of
the company.

遵守公司职业道德要求,维护公司形象和利益,无商业不道德行为,保守人事机密,配合宣传公司。


Human Recourses人力资源

§ 
Formulate the group's overall annual operation plan,
annual work goals, financial development strategy, financial activities, etc.,
and formulate corresponding work content accordingly, supervise and control the
achievement of each store's tasks and goals, and ensure the effective
implementation of the annual activity plan.

制定集团整体的年度运营计划、年度工作目标、人力资源发展战略、年度活动计划等,并据此制定相应工作内容,监督掌控各店人力资源任务及目标的达成,确保年度活动计划的有效开展。


§ 
Plan human resources future development and Head Office
to meet group general strategy. 
Implement succession plan and prepare for the talent pool.

规划集团人力资源的未来发展,使之符合集团整体战略方向。为集团的发展储备人才及培养人才。


§ 
Planning the management of the entire hotel, including
but not limited to: the control, control, audit and inspection of each store's
financial policy, financial budget, monthly budget, monthly cost control,
breakage rate and financial sectors.

规划对整个旗下酒店的管理,包括不限于:对各店人力资源政策与程序、编制及薪资福利预算、月度预算、月度人工成本控制及各个板块的人力资源掌控、控制、审核与检查。


§ 
Complete the financial audit of the hotels under the
group, including but not limited to: special audit, annual audit and a series
of audits.

完成对集团旗下酒店的人力资源审计,包括不限于:专项审计、年度审计等一系列审计。


§ 
Complete the construction of the entire Swisstouches
financial system, including but not limited to: organizing monthly profit and
loss meetings for the headquarters and each hotel, updating the operation
manuals and operation manuals of the headquarters and each hotel, and
supervising the improvement of the monitoring system of each hotel under the
group.

完成对整个瑞斯丽人力资源体系的搭建,包括不限于:组织月度召开总部及各酒店工作会议、更新总部及各酒店的操作手册、运营手册、监督集团旗下各酒店的人员管理体系的完善等。


§ 
Assess the completion and implementation of the KPIs of
the financial directors of the hotels of the group.

考核集团旗下总经理及各酒店家庭成员的KPI完成及执行情况。


§ 
Complete the training tasks of the hotels under the
group, and carry out financial training for each store from time to time.

完成集团旗下各酒店的培训任务,不定期对各店开展的培训进行有效的监督,确保培训完成小时数及培训质量符合集团标准。


§ 
Implement necessary controls to control fixed assets,
ensure the safety of headquarters assets, and improve the recording and
supervision of fixed assets, operating equipment, items and inventories.

实施必要控制,对人力资源各项工作进行掌控,确保人力资源运营符合集团标准及相关法律法规,对关键职位家庭成员选用育留实施记录与监管。


§  To ensure that all hotels under
the group operate effectively and efficiently in accordance with Swisstouches's
HR policies, P&P, and SOP.

确保集团旗下各酒店依照瑞斯丽的人力资源政策、P&P、SOP有效高效的运营。


§  Evaluate existing internal control measures that apply to
accounting procedures and computer systems as per Swisstouches Policies and
Procedures.

按照瑞斯丽酒店集团的规章制度评审现行的人力资源管理制度和运行系统。


§  Complete tasks that supervisor assigned.

完成领导交给的其他相关工作或任务。


Qualifications:

任职要求:

1.      
Friendly, optimistic, proactive, and integrate into the
corporate culture of Swisstouches's "home".

友好乐观,积极主动的工作,能够融入瑞斯丽“家”的企业文化。

2.      
Demonstrated leadership, decision-making skills, and
ability to make effective decisions.

有领导才能,具备决策能力,能够做出有效的决定;


3.      
Have good communication skills both verbally and in
writing, and be able to lead the team well to complete the tasks assigned by
the group.

在口头和书面上有良好的沟通能力,能够很好地带领团队完成集团交办的任务;


4.      
Bachelor
 Degree or above, majoring Human Resources Management or related

Majors.
本科或以上学历, 人力资源管理或其他相关专业;


5.      
At least 5 years related working experience.

至少5年任职人力资源总监的相关工作经验。
