JOB INTRODUCTION

To support the Sales team throughout every phase of contract development from researching the legal regulations to preparing the print document.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Be the internal contact window for overseas Business development team, Technical consultants and Clients.
Business bidding and supporting for Business development team.

Conduct contract approval for the assigned accounts or regions.
Maintain clients information in company's and client's respective systems.
Other tasks assigned by the Manager.

REQUIRED SKILLS, QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree.
2+ years' working experience (Relevant experiences of writing English/as technical writer in law firm/in solar industry is a plus).
Excellent command of verbal and written English.
Adjust different time zone globally.
A comprehensive knowledge of procurement regulations and legal terminology is a plus.
Logical thinking, strong common sense and quick learner.
Proactive, detailed-oriented.
