Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for attracting candidates, matching them to suitable positions within our client companies, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process from start to finish. You will play a key role in helping organizations find the right talent to meet their business needs.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Source potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and suitability for specific roles.
Present shortlisted candidates to clients, arranging interviews, and providing feedback.
Manage the offer process, negotiate salary packages, and facilitate the hiring process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
Meet individual and team targets for placements and revenue generation.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role.
Sound knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques and candidate assessment methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
