岗位职责:Responsible for the people agenda and support the implentation fo people agenda by implementing the people plan. As the expert in the field of People Performance & HR and be represent the complete HR Service / Value Chain.
Execute HR Strategy: Execute actions that support the People plan. Understand and deliver people based data and analytics to support the execution of assigned people processes and KPIs.
Employee Services and Payroll: Provide employee services professional services and daily operational services in North Region, such as on-boarding/transfer/off-boarding process management, benefits and MPF administration, labor contract management, leave management, vendor management and handling staff enquiries, etc
a. Monitor North Region's payroll process, drive and monitor the Share Service team to accurately complete payroll according to strict deadlines
b. Collaborate with the Share Service team and related vendor to ensure on-boarding and off-boarding processes, such as conducting retirement/insurance movement, final payment calculation and payout
c. Drive Employee Lifecycle optimization with cross functional HR team and proactively streamline the processes of different HR operations procedures
d. Lead the planning and execution of North region employee benefit program upgrading. Responsible for North region benefits administration such as retirement, health check, medical insurance, invoicing etc. and assist with related contract renewal.
e. Appointed as HR system administrator to support maintenance of Human Resources Information System and ensure data integrity
f. As regional POC, coordinate internal reporting and external audit preparations, and enhance North region employee services related daily operations based on the audit findings.
HR Project Management: Support ELC process enhancement and HR project planning and implement. As a trusted partner to the local business team, brings deep insight, independent viewpoint and HR expertise to business issues
Employee Engagement: Maintain effective win-win working relationships with managers, employees and their representatives through an environment that fosters communication and co-operation. Promote and foster a culture and environment that is productive, open, empowering, safe and equitable.
岗位要求
• 2 or 3 years Work experience experience in HR, Emplyee Services area is preferable.
• Experience working in a large, matrix organization is preferred
• Familiarity with HR processes and local labor law, related regulations
• Good interpersonal skill, detail-minded, sensitive of data and able to work under pressure
