PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Manage the whole process from purchasing request to payment(P2P) for business support for specific category spending, ensuring the selection of suppliers with the capability to meet company’s requirements to provide quality, reduce risk & deliver value
管理从采购到付款（P2P）的整个流程，为特定类别的支出提供业务支持，确保选择能够满足公司质量、降低风险和交付价值要求的供应商
- Engaged with suppliers to define and understand user requirement to form the basis of a full request, after PO receive, cooperate with suppliers to produce mass production and delivery &/ or ways-of-working where necessary and monitor with compliance of purchasing activity.
与供应商接洽，定义和理解用户需求，以形成完整请求的基础，在收到采购订单后，与供应商合作，生产大规模生产和交付以必要的工作方式，并监督采购活动的合规性。
- Ensure SOP has been well executed and procurement process has been strictly followed.
确保SOP得到良好执行，严格遵守采购流程。
- Constantly seek out new opportunities for purchasing engagement & areas of spend to optimize, in conjunction with budget holders
与预算负责人一起，不断寻找新的采购机会和优化支出领域
- Measure and manage the overall performance of suppliers implemented with KPIs.
根据KPI衡量和管理供应商的整体绩效。
- Cooperate with project manager for other job needed.
配合项目经理完成其他需要的工作。

POSITION REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor degree preferred, Best in major of Business Administration or International Trade.本科以上学历，工商管理或国际贸易专业优先。
- Commercial understanding of marketing material management
对营销材料管理的具有商业理解
- POSM or customized material industry experience preferred
有POSM或定制材料行业经验者优先
- Above one year solid purchasing/business support experience in multinational company, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
一年以上跨国公司采购/业务支持经验，较强的沟通和人际交往能力。
- Good written English and PC skill
良好的书面英语和电脑技能
- Good team player
良好的团队合作精神
- Be honest, self-motivated and of integrity
