Your mission:
By today the Lenze group is only developing and manufacturing electromechanical solutions such as motors and gearboxes in mainland China. Due to a growing market and further globalization Lenze starts now the development and manufacturing for electronic & software solutions in China as well as the production. Our main product portfolio contains servo and frequency inverters as well as PLC controllers. Your responsibility is to support the localization of our global servo and frequency inverter portfolio into our manufacturing unit in Lingang. With your knowledge for analog and digital electronics as well as EMC you support to choose the right electronic manufacturing suppliers in China. Beside this, your job on the long run is to develop together with team mates own electronic solutions for Asia Pacific market or adapt global portfolio. You will also support cost down and redesign initiatives.

Profile:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering or similar majors
大学本科或研究生学历，电子工程相关专业
• Familiar with power electronics, PCBA working principle and manufacturing and testing process
熟悉电子技术/PCBA工作原理，制造工艺及测试流程
• With inverter/ servo controller design and production and testing experience (＞ 5 years)
具有5年以上变频器，伺服控制器设计，生产及测试经验
• Familiar with safety standard (UL/CE) as well as EMC standard
熟悉EMC/UL/CE标准
• Good programming knowledge at least in one high level programming language e.g. C# or Visual Basic
具有编程知识，至少熟悉一种计算机编程语言：C# or VB
• Project management experience prefered
具有项目管理经验者优先
• Excellent communication skills, including written and spoken English
具有良好的中英文沟通能力 • With SAP experience is prior
具有SAP系统操作经验者优先
