The Sales Director will drive sales and profit growth in China. Identify opportunities for GH products to accelerate the growth and develop sales organization and effective channels to support the growth. This individual will also actively participate in sales strategy development and planning to drive Company’s long term expansion and development in China.
The position is responsible for delivering sustainable business growth through leading and managing the organization and business with high ethical and safety standards. Responsibilities include but not limited to all aspects of strategy and execution of sales plan and supporting systems and programs within financial and human resources. These include areas such as building relationships with key customers, driving financial results, developing operational processes in collaboration with Managing Director of GH China and related functions, leading and coaching GH China sales organization to be developed to a high performing team to deliver the sustainable profitable growth for the company.
Work Scope:
1、 Give professional suggestion to Managing Director, work with Managing Director to make and develop GH China’s sales strategy, sales target and long term goal.
2、 Make bonus and commission plan to motivate the team for successful execution of strategies and plans.
3、 Developing sales models, setup sales target suitable for local market needs.
4、 Develop and optimize sales processes and related functions to support sales growth needs.
5、 Evaluate and develop sales organization and talent plan to meet growth needs.
6、 Give training to the sales people, supervise and help the salesman to finish personal sales target.
7、 Provide leadership and direction to the sales people to align objectives.
8、 Provide strong support to sales people to achieve the project.
9、 Responsible for GH China’s business development and sales action.
10、 Control the risk of Sales contract, take part in big Project negotiation.
11、 Lead teams to achieve sales growth, control the sales cost and the profit.
12、 Direct key account responsibility – distribution partners, Key Accounts, etc.
13、 Analyze the market and GH sales channel, sales data, and competitors.
14、 Develop GH brand and competitiveness in China Market.
15、 Make market development plan. Leading and participate in exhibitions, conferences, seminars and other market development activities.
Requirements:
1、 Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related. MBA preferred
2、 15+ years’ experience in sales position in industrial area, 10+ years in management position; experience in standard crane business will be an advantage.
3、 High integrity and has proven track record in managing and selling in industrial projects.
4、 Understand an East and West way of conducting business.
5、 Strong leadership and management skills to be able to provide direction, set priorities and objectives to drive the operational business.
6、 Be able to coach and guide the teams to be successful and achieve its goals.
7、 Excellent market-driven business development, strategy execution capabilities.
8、 Ability to build network and market intelligence in the industry.
9、 Result oriented and customer focused.
10、 Positive attitude, strong negotiation skills.
11、 Fluent English/Spanish both in written and oral.
12、 Flexible travel schedule.
Salary: Base Salary + Sales Commission
