Responsibilities:
1.Be part of JCDecaux Airport Chongqing Sales team and take charge of dedicated advertiser industries. Optimize existing account OOH campaigns and develop new clients through new and existing contacts.
2.Familiar with brand communication, marketing and other customer needs, able to independently conduct business communication and negotiation, develop new customers, be able to propose to customers and make proposal;
3.Become an expert of Airport advertising; the high-end media in the outdoor advertising business in order to achieve high-amount contracts.
4. Manage sales order process coordinating with customers, acknowledge and understand
customer requirements,and expedite the process with internal departments such as Customer Service and Operations;
5.Integrate and tap potential industry resources and customer resources, formulate channel policies, innovate cooperation modes, and complete business negotiation and contract signing;
6.Be able to maintain a long-term and stable relationship with customers, regularly carry out business docking with customers, and develop and expand cooperation resources according to the company's business project needs;
7.Be able to get insight into the industry and competitors'trends,give effective feedback to department leaders, and respond quickly to strategic challenges
8.Develop tailor-made media proposals hand in hand with media agencies and advertisers to enhance TOP brands recognition in China.
主要职责∶
1.完成德高重庆分公司机场业务销售团队的广告销售任务,通过优化与维护现有客户资源,开发新的客户资源与渠道。
2.深谙品牌传播、市场营销等客户的需求,能够独立进行商务沟通和谈判,开发新客户,能够给客户定制媒体方案
3.提高户外媒体广告业务专业度,并促成高端户外媒体广告销售业务。
4. 与客户协调沟通订单销售的流程,并准确了解客户的需求,与客户服务运营部门和公司的其他部门紧密合作,快速促成签单。
5.整合及挖掘潜在行业资源及客户资源,制定渠道政策、创新合作模式等,完成商务谈判合同签订等工作;
6.能够很好地维护与客户长期稳定的关系,定期对客户进行商务对接,根据公司业务项目需求,有针对性的发展和拓展合作资源 ;
7.能够洞悉行业以及竞争对手动态,积极反馈给部门领导,配合战略挑战,迅速做出反应
8.与媒体机构和广告商携手合作,为客户量身定制适合的媒体方案,以提高中国品牌的知名度。
