职位职责：
1. Cooperate with the HR/recruiting team to understand HR program requirements and team goals by applying creativity and innovation to support the fast-paced HR team;
2.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to better support global recruiting excellence;
3.Conduct surveys on organizational culture and employee experience using quantitative and qualitative methodologies and offer insights to improve the excellence and diversity of the workplace;
4.Design and arrange online and offline cultural activities or events.
职位要求：
- Prefer students who graduate in 2022 or 2023;
- Demonstrate interest in human resource field and keen to connect with people;
- Fluent in written and colloquial English, multilingual ability is a plus;
1.Great communicator, creative thinker, team player and multi-task operator;
2.Proven ability to create multi-media materials using multiple toolkits (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Microsoft Powerpoint, etc.);
3.Deep understanding on cross-cultural situations and inclusive circumstances.
