Sales Product Demo Program/Demo Coordinator

Job Description

Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives. Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope. May act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process. Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution. Ability to handle most unique situations. May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues.

 

Responsibilities:

1. Accountable for end to end process from loan to return

2. Implements demo in place with Sales Team

3. Approves for extension requests in term of policy and procedure

4. Follows up for loan overdue, missing, damage until closure

5. Proceeds red sales, scrape with Category/Finance Team and vendors

6. Works closely with the in-country Sales/Marketing/Category/Finance/Logistics on demo requirements

7. Hosts MBR/QBR meeting with country stakeholders to review demo program KPIs, share program initiatives etc.

8. Partner with Demo Purchaser on the demo equipment requests for alignment, works out fallout and reasons for failure

9. Coordinates with vendors before and after the loan, tracks and updates the demo status in Loan Management System

10. Manages demo vendor performance as agreed SLA measurement and host monthly review meeting

11. Balances Finance Journal every month end with Finance team

12. Tabulates monthly KPI report, proposes action plans for the missed index

13. Implements Loan Management System training to the requestors and vendors

14. Grants requestors’ Loan Management System access and troubleshooting for issues

15. Drives continuous process refinement and improvement by applying a solid understanding of internal business processes and policies

 

Education and Experience Required:

1. First level university degree or equivalent experience; may have advanced university degree

2. Typically, +8 years of experience in a business related function, preferably in Logistic & Supply Chain Management or Finance Background

3. LSS & PMP certifications are a plus

 

Knowledge and Skills:

1. Advanced communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation) in English, better can speak 2nd foreign language (Japanese, Korean)

2. Strong knowledge and skills with business applications (e.g., Excel, Outlook, Word, PPT)

3. Familiar with PC industry and products

4. Good at dealing with people and coordinate among groups

5. Great team player, good learner with strong executive ability, responsibility and initiative spirits

6. Willing to work under pressure, hard-working, strong sense of time, multi-tasks manager

7. Solid understanding of internal business processes and policies

8. Developed business acumen and understanding of accounting concepts

9. Outstanding problem analyzing, solving skills and very self-organized, calm and detail-focused
