You will have a chance to:
The HP in-house media team (Ziji by HP) is responsible for planning, operating, buying and maintaining ad campaigns on platform, e.g. JD, TMall, SuNing, etc. Ziji is expanding to China and HP is looking for entrepreneurially minded candidates to be part of this new team. You will utilize your expertise in data-driven advertising to ensure HP’s advertising objectives are met while maintaining a balance of performance and efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
1. Oversee pacing in our key eCommerce partners, to make sure HPs advertising is operated as affective as possible on eCommerce platform
2. Good team players and project managers to work within Ziji team and build trustful partnership with teams cross marketing, category, finance, etc.
3. Be responsible and take ownership of business KPIs, including GMV growth, conversion rate, product market share, etc., and optimize the day to day tactics based on the performance
4. Collected data cross different platform, diagnose the business opportunity and issue and set optimization strategy accordingly
5. Strong logic and data analytics thinking capabilities and good communication skills to work cross functional teams
6. Help build a brand-new team inside the largest producer of printers and PCs in the world.
Requirements:
1. 3+ years of platform operational experience in an eCommerce team at media agency, eCommerce company, retail side or similar environment .
2. JD JZT 4-5 star level operator certificate(京东京准通四星以上投手) is perferred
3. Solid eCommerce budget planning and management experience .
4. Working experience of JZT, JD Data Mill, Alibaba Databank, JD PPZH(京东商智), SuNing ad platform, with a strong desire to get hands on with a lot of detail.
5. Strong analytical skills within Excel, and other data tools with the passion to look for insights within the data.
6. Familiar with but always curious about China digital ecosystem, able to adapt to a brand-new team and the fast-changing environment that will bring.
7. Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising communication, computer science, statistics or similar background.
