If you are our APJ Sales & Partner Training Lead, you will have a chance to
Responsibilities:
1. Builds relationships with the most senior Sales & business Leaders in Greater Asia, China and India to identify priorities and takes ownership for the whole learning experience.
2. Strategically partners with client groups (e.g., business groups, defined HP client groups, or functional groups) to identify development solutions that have the greatest business impact by leveraging intimate understanding of global business/function strategic direction.
3. Builds the learning strategy for each market aligned with business priorities for senior sales & business managers.
4. Develops and implements quarterly training plans
5. Ensures seamless execution of learning strategy and planned deliveries
6. Manages the business group, defined HP client group, or functional group development budget, required financial metrics, and business impact metrics.
7. Partners with HR and the business to define and build transformation and change capabilities specific to the client groups.
8. Leads creation and delivery of learning solutions that support the client group priorities.
9. Defines and demonstrates business impact metrics and return on investment.
Education and Experience Required:
1. First level university degree; advanced university degree preferred or equivalent experience.
2. Typically 8+ years in a training or equivalent role.
3. Typically 6+ years demonstrated presentation, facilitation, and consulting experience.
4. Sales experience would be a plus.
Knowledge and Skills:
1. Superior planning, communication, change management, and cultural awareness skills, including financial and global business acumen.
2. Superior ability to quickly lead the adoption of new, complex technology and concepts.
3. Mastery in gauging differences in learning styles within an audience.
4. Superior familiarity with learning content and training solutions.
