Production test engineer, we are committed tosolve various test issues, problems, so that there is 0 failure IC or lowest
failure IC going to customer. The electronics and measurement knowledge is
widely and deeply used by us to solve those issues, we also need a wide range
of knowledge, including IC process, FA, test equipment, production and test
floor, data analysis, etc.量产测试工程师，解决各种量产测试问题，使得测出到客户的芯片没有或者最少的缺陷、坏品。量产测试工程师主要运用电路，测量知识，其次对于芯片原理与制造，芯片测试设备，芯片测试生产，数据分析等知识也要广泛涉猎。

Responsibilities岗位职责:

·        Responsible for analyzing and
disposing each problematic lot, ship the lot to customer with 0 failure or
lowest failure rate.对测试量产中的每一个问题批次，进行分析和处理，处理完后的芯片以零或最低的坏品率送往客户

·        Responsible for continuously
updating test hardware, test program, test solution, to improve test quality
and satisfy customers’ higher and higher need.持续优化和改进量产的测试硬件，测试程序，测试方案，以不断提高测试质量，满足客户更高的需求

·        Responsible for test time
reduction, test sites expansion, to increase the test output per unit time, and
finally save much cost of company.进一步减少单片芯片的测试时间，扩展多工位并行测试，从而提高单位时间的测试产出，大力缩减公司运作成本

·        Support other engineering team
for production test related cases.支持其他工程团队的需求

Requirements岗位要求:

·        BS degree in Electrical
Engineering or equivalent 电子工程相关专业本科学历

·        Good English skills (written&verbal)
良好的英语书面及口语表达能力

·        Familiar with
ASL1000/ACCO/ETS-88/ChangChuan tester and sound knowledge of C++

·        熟悉ASL1000或ACCO或ETS-88或长川测试机；对C++有深入的了解

·        Familiar with IC process, FA,
IC test equipment具备芯片测试生产，芯片原理与制造，芯片测试设备等知识和经验
