Responsibilities岗位职责:

·          Evaluate New Product Design
spec and Reliability, Co-ordinate R&D team to resolve issues happened
in design, process, device, assembly, testing评估新产品的设计参数和可靠性，统筹研发团队，解决由设计、工艺、器件、封装、测试等引入的问题

·          Develop and execute evaluation
plans associated with product/process quality according to industrial
requirements 根据业界需求制定和执行与产品/工艺质量相关的评估计划

·          Follow product release
criteria to ensure all products comply with all customer specifications and
tolerances   遵循产品发布标准，确保所有产品符合所有客户的规格

·          Manage project schedule to
ensure new product development can meet customer requirement timely and
efficiently管理项目进度，确保新产品研发能及时和高效的满足客户需求

·          Provide Strong Technical
Support on Customer related issue timely及时提供客户技术支持

Requirements岗位要求:

·        MSEE of Micro Electronics or
related Electrical Engineering微电子或与电相关专业硕士学历

·        Have good semiconductor
knowledge including process, package & circuitry具有良好的半导体知识，包括工艺、封装和电路

·        Self-motivated and able to
work independently. Be able to work under minimal supervision and muti-task 自我激励，独立工作，并同时完成多项任务

·        Good communication skill and Good written and
oral English 良好的英文表达及口语沟通能力

·        Good Analysis and Logic 良好的分析能力和逻辑思维能力

·        Creative and ability to solve technical
problems based on personal expertise and leveraging of technical resources基于个人的专业知识和技术资源, 具有创造力和解决技术问题的能力

·        Ability to work well in a cross-functional team
and cross-site environment具有跨职能团队和跨现场环境下良好工作的能力

·        Have product engineering experience in a
semiconductor related company is preferred 有半导体公司工作/实习经验最佳
