If you are our China Total Rewards Lead, you will have a chance to:
• Plans, designs, develops, analyzes, communicates, administers and implements China Total Rewards (exclude HPPS) strategies and programs. Provides TR support as it relates to MADO and other major change situations.
• Monitors legal and regulatory changes to ensure compliance. Consults with and trains business leaders on all aspects of TR to address unique organizational needs and requirements.
• Manages consultants, vendors and third parties to ensure program delivery. Analyzes and interprets internal and external data to model changes to various reward ele• Plans, designs, develops, analyzes, communicates, administers and implements Total Rewards (TR) strategies and programs. Provides TR support as it relates to MADO and other major change situations.
• Monitors legal and regulatory changes to ensure compliance. Consults with and trains business leaders on all aspects of TR to address unique organizational needs and requirements.
• Manages consultants, vendors and third parties to ensure program delivery. Analyzes and interprets internal and external data to model changes to various reward elements such as base salary, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, health and welfare, and retirement programs.
• Design compensation and benefits program activities in sub-region within overall global strategy
• Promote the consistent and equitable use of compensation and benefits
• Maintain all TR policies for the sub-region
• Ensure compensation and benefits program proposals balance affordability and competitiveness, are aligned with business objectives, and meet all legal requirements
• Communicate and implement TR programs in sub-region
• Provide input regarding the development and implementation of global compensation and benefits policies, procedures and processes
• Partner successfully with a wide variety of individuals across the company (Country HR, HR COE, legal, finance, etc.) as well as external vendor partners in the delivery and support of compensation and benefits programs
• Provide analytical and consultative support on a variety of compensation and benefits projects and initiatives, including the design of any special compensation and benefits programs
• Oversee all benefits programs in sub-region including retirement, health & insurance, wellness, time off and any other perquisite programs
• Support annual benefits events including annual enrollment and global wellness events as appropriate
• Support the benchmarking of benefits and salary structures to ensure there is a comprehensive understanding of the competitive position of all TR programs in sub-region
• Provide consultation and partnership to HR Business Partners and Business Leaders on external offers, promotions, individual or group retention, business or country-specific market issues within the corporate strategy
• Support Annual Performance Review process as needed.
• Partner with compensation leaders to develop and execute overall compensation salary structure and administration with sub-region
• Support compensation leaders in conducting job analysis and recommendations for leveling and range of executive jobs
• Other responsibilities as agreed with the APJ TR and Greater China TR Leads
