Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives. Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope. May act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process. Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution. Ability to handle most unique situations. May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues.

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct report for world wide PC supply chain factory metrics including customer order fulfillment, materials inv, factory turn around, logistics etc;

2. Analyze root cause of metrics fallout, identify improvement areas;

3. Compare factory performance to identify opportunity for best practice leverage;

4. Automate reports and analysis with Power BI, database tool etc;

Desired skills:

1. English in both verbal and written;

2. Good at excels, ppt, Power BI or similar analysis tool;

3. Good at database, logic thinking and good data sense;

4. Soft ware programming, supply chain knowledge and experience is a plus;

5. Being a team player, strong willingness to learn and being proactive
