to keep customer satisfaction

 ·        Budget control and continuous cost
saving to meet business objectives

 ·        Build up and maintain solid
vendor pool for categories or critical function requirements to meet the
overall purchasing requests of business owners.

 ·        Improve, communicate and implement
procurement policy to ensure compliance  

 ·        Work closely with business owners,
legal department and other necessary functions, take the lead to deliver efficient
and high-quality result in vendor selection, commercial negotiation, contracting
and conflict solving process within the planned time schedule and budget.

 ·        Good
management on MSA, project agreement and other types of contracts to meet
business requirements and mitigate the vendor risk

 ·        Participate
and contribute in procurement internal data/process/reporting development and
continuous improving

 ·          Maintain good
relationship with related authorities such as customs, commodity inspection
bureau etc. 

Academic / Professional Qualification学历要求

 ·         Bachelor degree and
above

Technical / Skills Training技术资质

·        Hands-on experience in vendor sourcing,
bidding process and building partnership

·        Procurement experience in Pharma industry. Clinical research related categories procurement is a plus.

·        Integrity, reliable
and responsive to all stake holders.

·        Good negotiation skills and
networking across the industry

·        Business acumen and commercial sense

·        Ability of quick
learning, logic thinking and ability to provide solutions to solve problems

·        Good communication
skills, customer service oriented, team player.

Working Experience工作经验

experience
