If you are our Talent Acquisition Consultant in China, you will have a chance to

1. Partner with hiring managers to understand with precision their requirements.

2. Source and recruit top IT talent in the local highly competitive market through strategic networking, seasoned job board usage, adept benchmarking and proficient in community groups management.

3. Be a seller of our value proposition.

4. Provide a premium, high-touch experience for all stakeholders from end to end.

5. Be knowledgeable about our HP business as well as competitors and industry trends.

6. Work cross team for regional hiring and project

Are you a high-performer? We are looking for an individual with:

1. Bachelor Degree or above

2. At least 5 years of recruitment and sourcing experience.

3. Passionate and creative person and willing to work with a diverse team together

4. Broad proven network in IT market

5. Fluent oral and written English is a Must
