Main Responsibility:
- Develop and execute portfolio strategy and tactics to meet the short and long term business and financial target with effective cross functional communication.
- Develop brand plan and strategy for effective product lifecycle management.
- Lead in product market development and new product introduction.
- Lead in product marketing campaign building, communication and execution.
- Work closely with regional/global fortfolio team for strategy and business development.
- Actively network with sales team to understand customer needs, competitor activities and relevant market changes, to gain market intelligence and insights.
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree or
above, major in agriculture related.
- 8+ years working
experience with at least 3 years marketing experience in agrichemical fields.
- Fluent English in
read, writing, listening and speaking.
- Proficient knowledge
of agribusiness markets, crop protection industry, understands customer needs,
understands market dynamics and competitive environment.
- Good Team work spirit,
excellent communication skills, initiative and the capability to assess new
product in agrochemical fields, capability of opportunity assessment and recommendation.
