You will have a chance to:
1. Provides intermediate level of customer support to employees and managers for complex Contact HR cases; escalates as necessary.
2. Develops program delivery and presentation materials to support program delivery and implementation.
3. Analyzes employee data to provide research for human resources programs and reports findings to support HR program development and delivery.
4. Develops a broad understanding human resources programs and a working knowledge of the business.
5. Identifies implementation obstacles within businesses.
6. Represents HR to internal stakeholders.
Are you a high-performer? We are looking for an individual with:
1. First-level university degree or equivalent experience.
2. Typically 2-4 years related experience in human resources functional area or HR Generalist role.
3. Developed knowledge of human resources.
4. Basic legal knowledge of the local environment.
5. Developing business acumen.
6. Strong communications skills.
7. Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
8. Ability to respond independently to moderately complex inquiries.
