APJ Marketing Business Services Center is an operation team to support BU Marketing Closed Loop Sales and Marketing flow. The team charge for marketing campaign creation, budget allocation, purchase order submission, target customer extraction, import responses and assign potential opportunities to sales team, covering services to all APJ countries. Meanwhile support HP Inc. product datasheet and marketing message for campaign promotion, maintain product content publishing on HP.com.
2. APJ Marketing Services Center is Supporting engine for APJ PC, Print and GSB Marketing and Category by ensuring operational excellence and timely GTM deliverables to drive revenue for Business Impact. The team is chartered to do PO management, close loop management, product content management which includes readiness for product mandatory content, datasheets and content ops trouble shooting. Besides above, the team also manages marketing impact data which means manage and responsible for PC reporting dashboard that includes business (Rev/GM/Market Share) and marketing metrics (Brand health, investment, digital, leads, opportunities, etc.), also timely updates of these metrics for marketing team reviews and analytics on campaign performance and impact to business.
Job Description:
1. Support marketing campaign close loop including customer data segmentation, lead close loop as well as marketing purchase order management for all APJ countries.
2. Manage accurate marketing campaign leads into marketing automation platforms. Timely assign qualified leads to APJ sales rep and partners.
3. Support HP NPI products publish for all APJ countries by creating accurate content in PIM relevant systems and conduct regionalization, localization and translations base on needs. Product content contains but not limit to product images, marketing message, technical specifications, accessories and care pack bundle.
4. Process and entry data accurately and timely for marketing campaign performance
5. Engage with Campaign/Category manager timely for operational clarification
6. Handle operational query via email and phone call as well as offer solutions for campaign managers to enhance service experience
7. Create regular governance report to make sure data entry accuracy to support marketing and business
Position Requirement:
1. More than 2 years working experience, priority on candidates with sales and Marketing background
2. Good business service sense, comprehensive problem fixing skill.
3. Good communication skill and team work spirit
4. Good analysis, summary and reporting skills
5. English: CET-4 or above, master on speaking, reading, writing and listening. Join in conference call with APJ English speaking requester frequently.
