If you are our Helpdesk Engagement Manager in China Beijing, you will have a chance to
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the helpdesk overall SLA & processes to meet the customer requirements and business development;
2. Identifies and implements improvements of helpdesk service in order to provide a more effective and efficient service to customers;
3. Provides significant contributions to process improvement initiatives in addition to the creation of documentation, including relevant SOPs and user guides;
4. Responsible of new deal presale support including but not limited to cost calculation and solution design;
5. Responsible to lead transition project for new customer helpdesk services;
6. Ability to think out of the box to setup new helpdesk solution.

Qualifications:
1. Computer Science degree or equivalent job experience related to help desk and technology At least 5 years' experience as a Help Desk Management role;
2. At least 1+ year of people management experience;
3. Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly;
4. A team player who works well with others being respectful to our teammates is a Core Value;
5. A strong work ethic with an appreciation for ownership, independence, accountability and autonomy in your role;
6. Customer service focus we serve a wide variety of customers, both internal and external, and building relationships is a part of our culture;
