接待客户来访,面对面提供家政服务咨询,根据客户需求匹配保姆和安排相应的服务并促成签单;
协助办理菲佣所需签证和安排体检及岗前培训;
跟进后期客户的管理,跟踪处理客户投诉和服务工作中所发生的各种矛盾;
与合作机构的对接和跟进工作
完成上级主管和中心领导交给的其它事务性工作
资格
专科及以上学历,英文和国语优良(懂粤语者更佳);
菲律宾本地人士优先考虑
3年以上的销售行业工作经验,有家政从业经验者优先;
具较强的沟通、协调、耐性、解决问题能力,责任心强,有团队合作精神;
熟悉使用OFFICE及相关办公软件
duty
Invite customers according to departmental target system and sales quota;
To receive customers 'visits, provide home service consultation face-to-face, match nannies and arrange services according to customer needs and facilitate signing orders;
Assist in the processing of visas and arrange medical examination and pre-service training for Filipino domestic helpers;
Follow up the management of the late customers, follow up and handle all kinds of contradictions in customer complaints and service work;
Alignment and follow-up with cooperating agencies
Other transactional tasks assigned by supervisor and centre leader
qualification
College degree or above, excellent in English and Mandarin(Cantonese is preferred);
Priority for local Filipinos
At least 3 years working experience in sales industry, experience in domestic work is preferred;
Strong communication, coordination, patience, problem solving ability, strong sense of responsibility, team spirit;
Familiar with OFFICE and related office software
