Job description:
We are establishing China Innovation Center to enable the future growth plan of Personal System Consumer business, fully accountable for the success of the designated function or department, influence strategy and set policy and direction. Own a significant number of measurable functional, operational and strategic goals or priorities. Assumes responsibility for the successful implementation of business plans in a defined area of responsibility. Contributes to the overall strategic definition of a function with strong business acumen. here is seeking a Business Development manager, he or she will be part of a growing team that will help drive and shape our consumer markets business in China with developing or implementing new technology/solution including AI, 5G, VR/AR, etc. Also partnership with local or WW supplier/vendor to enable integrated solution on HP product and bring valuable customer experience. This is a strong leadership opportunity to drive highly strategic partnerships that execute at scale.
Qualification:
1.Developing and generating new business opportunity in Consumer electrics industry and drive the adoption of Notebook/PC product.
2.Identifying and prioritizing development partners in China that can take advantage of Improbable technology and build a pipeline of development at different stages of the process.
3.Perform the full range of activities from demand generation campaigns to pipeline management by engaging with customers, HP internal resources, and partners.
4.Maintaining a curated portfolio of development partners working with Improbable technology, supported by high-tech hardware or Software companies in China across a variety of expected interaction levels.
5.Crafting business opportunities with other partners in China and finding new opportunities for cooperation.
6.Support to the negotiation for closing of contracts for these relationships.
7.Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks to implement the solution.
8.Understand the technical requirements of new solution and work closely with HP internal development team, Partner to transform new technology into PC product.
9.Manages complex strategic, organizational, and operational initiatives.
10.Oversees significant research and analysis efforts to evaluate strategic objectives.
