Job Description:

1.Leads APJ Supply Chain finance projects, especially for China critical projects

2.Play as a team leader role to provides mentoring and guidance to team members

3.Proactively work with China cross finance functions to provide value-added services and ensure China financial results with no any compliance risk

4.Provides complex and occasionally highly complex financial analysis for a financial function or a business, typically exercising a strong understanding of the China business to determine the best method for achieving objectives.

5.Consults with China business leaders to guide and influence strategic decision-making within a broad scope.

6.Forecasts financial results within a broad scope.

7.Leads business initiatives, typically leading analysts across multiple sub-functions within finance.

8.Identifies opportunities for process improvement and policy development and engages in the design.

9.Represents the business unit during cross-regional or cross- functional planning processes.

Qualification:

1.First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) preferred.

2.Typically 6+ years of experience as a financial analyst.

3.Typically experienced in more than one finance function.

4.Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis, with advanced knowledge in one area.

5.Excellent business application skills (e.g., Power point, Excel).

6.Excellent communication, influencing, presentation skills, especially in English

7.Superior teamwork skills

8.Strong business acumen.

9.Good project management skills.
