● Setup Final cleaning related machine(Pre/Fina/Box Cleaner, Measuring Equipment and Packing).
● Managing Production & Yield.

-. Analysis of Defect and Improvement Activity
-. Daily, weekly and monthly report
● Improving Yield & Quailty(Particle, Surface Metal, Packing Related Quality).
● Training new engineers and operators.
Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in engineering.
● Major in Chemical or Material or Semiconductor or Electronic engineering
● 5~10 years of experience in silicon idustry or semiconductor industry[SEH,SUMCO,SILTRONIC,SK SILTRON,MEMC Semi division].
● Experience of Silicon wafer cleaning (Pre/Final Cleaner, Box Cleaner, Measuring Equipment, Packing)
● Experience of improving cleaning performance(ex. Particle, Surface Metal).
● Expertise in all major business software application (MES, Microsoft office etc)
● Prefer to multilingual ability (English or Japanese)
● Prefer to having experience of production field.
● Leadership skill required to manage engineers and operators.
