Overseas headhunting consultant
岗位职责:
Job Responsibilities:
1、负责目标国家、市场、行业及客户的研究,定期整理和输出行业报告及人才报告,能主动发掘客户需求更佳;(30%)
Responsible for the research of target countries, markets, industries and customers, regularly sorting out and exporting industry reports and talent reports, and actively exploring customer needs; (30%)
2、负责端到端的招聘项目的交付,包括但不限于招聘需求分析、人才搜寻、候选人报告制作、薪酬谈判、背景调查、交付流程管理等;(60%)
Responsible for the delivery of end-to-end recruitment projects, including but not limited to recruitment needs analysis, talent search, candidate report production, salary negotiation, background investigation, delivery process management, etc.; (60%)
3、负责客户维护,与客户保持紧密的沟通与合作,维持良好的客户关系。(10%)
Responsible for customer maintenance, maintain close communication and cooperation with customers, and maintain good customer relationships. (10%)
岗位要求:
job requirements:
1、本科及以上学历,专业不限,熟悉一门外语(不限于英语);
Bachelor degree or above, major is not limited, familiar with a foreign language (not limited to English);
2、工作经验不限,有海外留学背景或外籍人士更佳,可base海外;
work experience is not limited, overseas study/work background is a plus;
3、自驱型和学习型人才,能主动去know why和know how ;
self-driven and learning talents, can take the initiative to know why and know how;
4、思维发散性好,能跳出职业思维框,多视角多维度定义和研究问题,在项目管理和交付上有一定心得更佳;
Good thinking divergence, can jump out of the thinking box,have a better experience in project management and delivery;
5、沟通表达良好,抗压能力强。
Good communication and strong resistance to stress.
