1、负责目标国家、市场、行业及客户的研究，定期整理和输出行业报告及人才报告，能主动发掘客户需求更佳；（30%）

Responsible for the research of target countries, markets, industries and customers, regularly sorting out and exporting industry reports and talent reports, and actively exploring customer needs; (30%)

2、负责端到端的招聘项目的交付，包括但不限于招聘需求分析、人才搜寻、候选人报告制作、薪酬谈判、背景调查、交付流程管理等；（60%）

Responsible for the delivery of end-to-end recruitment projects, including but not limited to recruitment needs analysis, talent search, candidate report production, salary negotiation, background investigation, delivery process management, etc.; (60%)

3、负责客户维护，与客户保持紧密的沟通与合作，维持良好的客户关系。（10%）

Responsible for customer maintenance, maintain close communication and cooperation with customers, and maintain good customer relationships. (10%)

岗位要求：

job requirements:

1、本科及以上学历，专业不限，熟悉一门外语（不限于英语）；

Bachelor degree or above, major is not limited, familiar with a foreign language (not limited to English);

2、工作经验不限，有海外留学背景或外籍人士更佳，可base海外；

work experience is not limited,  overseas study／work background  is a plus;

3、自驱型和学习型人才，能主动去know why和know how ；

self-driven and learning talents, can take the initiative to know why and know how;

4、思维发散性好，能跳出职业思维框，多视角多维度定义和研究问题，在项目管理和交付上有一定心得更佳；

Good thinking divergence, can jump out of the thinking box,have a better experience in project management and delivery;
